2010 Beef Prices
1/2 beef $3.50 per pound (300-400 lbs* HW ) $1050-$1400
Whole Beef $3.25 per pound (600-800 lbs* HW) $1950-$2600
*HW = Hanging weight, prior to bone removal
Price includes all processing costs , beef is frozen prior to pick up.

The boxes are priced out as actual beef weights of 90%boneless, frozen, wrapped beef.
